Tyvek Luggage Tags
Luggage Tags are used, you may not be surprised to learn, to tag luggage!
Generally this will happen as you're checking in for your flight. Whilst this provides the ability for the airline to scan your bags, it does not make it easier for you to identify them as they come down the luggage belt.
The general rule at luggage collection is that everyone has to stand as close to the luggage belt as possible, making sure that you only see your own bag as it literally passes right next to you. The line they provide that suggests everyone waits 2m away from the luggage belt until they see their bag has never been adhered to in the history of aviation and travel. Even as the Wright Brothers flew for the first time, as they landed to collect their luggage, it was already turning in to a mob environment.
Missing your bag as it goes past on the luggage belt means you become a travel pariah and are outcast from the world of neck pillows, travel socks and standing up to collect your overhead luggage as the plane is literally in the process of landing.
All in all, it's a positive thing to recognise your bags from a distance!
As such, AAC has re-purposed it's best selling Australian Made Tyvek Wristbands and suggest that these are used as luggage tags! If you are travelling in a large group (corporate group, school trip, tour group), keeping your bags together and having a running count of these is of great value. By tagging your groups bags with AAC's super bright neon Tyvek Wristbands, your bags will be viewable from space - well, certainly you'll see them on the luggage belt.
Brand them to your group, or use them plain, but tyvek wristbands are non transferrable (which means they are not coming off), are highly visible in our bright colours, and they clearly identify your bags as belonging to your group. You can even write your personal details on the wristband.
Choose from neon lime, neon orange, yellow glow, neon sunfire, neon pink and loads more colours.
Buy in packs of 100, 250, 500, or in boxes of 1000!
